Order Processing
Orders ship the same day or the next business day, excluding holidays. This is the time until dispatch, not the delivery time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free. Expidited options are available for the listed amount.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to United States.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.

Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns - We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns are free for the buyer. Fast Hoses provides return shipping labels that can be downloaded and printed.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.
60-Day Performance Guarantee - We stand behind our products. If an item fails or becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase, we will replace it under our performance guarantee.
